Bee Campus
Over the many decades that the Urban Farm has been operating, the garden has served as vital habitat for our honey bees, mason bees and scores of native and non-native pollinators. In 2017 the Urban Farm lead the successful effort to have the University certified as ‘Bee Friendly’. The program is a working effort between students, faculty and staff and is a collaboration between the Urban Farm program and the Student Sustainability Center. Bee Friendly Info can be found here:
