The Urban Farm is an outdoor university classroom where students learn to grow their own food organically and sustainably. Our farm is a model for productive urban land use and demonstrates different methods of growing food and various composting methods.

Our Classroom

The Urban Farm is located on a 2-acre site on the University of Oregon campus on the north side of Franklin Boulevard.

The Urban Farm also maintains a 0.75 acre site in the Columbia neighborhood on the eastern edge of campus.
